About us in brief
North Caspian Petroleum (NCP) is a unique entity in the Republic of Kazakhstan, being the first of its kind. Established nearly 15 years ago, it was formed from the North Caspian Operating Company to serve as a commercial interface for the commercialization and sales of petroleum and its derivatives.
Unlike state-run or vertically integrated oil companies, NCP operates independently, making it one of the earliest private oil enterprises in the region. Despite its independence, NCP maintains direct connections with KazMunayGas (KMG)—Kazakhstan’s state-owned oil company—as well as leading refineries across Kazakhstan, Russia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
